About Ocean Safety Schools
The Ocean Safety Schools Association was formed primarily to promote Ocean Safety, and to create Ocean Awareness through Education and other related activities.

OceanSafetySchools.org provides information about current issues regarding Ocean Recreation Activities on the island of Maui, as well as information about the benefits they bring to Maui. We support the local community including, watersports schools, activity providers, instructors, coaches, and trainers, professional watersportsmen and women, and local industry including board shapers, sail makers, retailers and more. Supporters include our community, students, and visitors. Our main goal is to work with the county government and community to establish fair and effective regulations and maintaining ocean access the island of Maui.
